MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
We all understand coaching can be expensive, we have now designed a month-to-month affordable membership which will provide you with a great detailed training program for you to follow. This will help you to continuously progress and get the most out of the time you will be putting in the gym. We do give advice on how to approach your own nutrition plan to make sure it is catering to your personalised body composition goals. We all do our best and be available to educate you more on your training program and nutrition but if you do feel like you are in need of the more close one on one personalised coaching please do not hesitate to reach out to us via contact form.
HOW THIS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WORKS
- Each month a new program will be made available to you only on the basis of you have done more than 60% of your last program. This is just so we still hold you accountable to a degree here
- This program has structured exercises, sets, reps, so given that there is an exercise on there that you can’t do you do have the option of contacting us to adjust it for you straight away
- When you sign up you will receive documents with more in depth knowledge on exercises and nutrition as well as motivational ways to keep yourself going
