We do customised programs with a combination of everything you need to reach your goals. With mobile personal training you will be kept accountable. You will be able to track your progress and have access to our highly knowledgeable coaches throughout the entire time to ensure your success. We come to your door making sure you have adesigned programmed specifically for you using your measurements and making sure it will help you achieve your specific body composition goals. Be assured that regardless of your specific requirements, we do have first class coaches that will suit you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR MOBILE BODY RECOMPOSITION PERSONAL TRAINING

1. GOAL SETTING

  • This is where we shall set out specific, measurable, realistic short & long-term goals for your desired body composition

2. HISTORY

  • Your training, nutrition and injury history can tell a story of what state your body is currently in. obtaining your history aids us in designing a package that will get you the best result possible.

3. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

  • At the assessment we measure your weight and body fat, calculate your muscle mass and discuss your ultimate goals, training background, medical history, physical limitations and nutritional preferences. Taking all this information into account, we design a fully personalised program that includes goal bodyweight, body fat, muscle mass and strength gain figures.

4. STRENGTH TEST

  • The next step is to test your strength. Our coach will teach you competition powerlifting technique in the squat, bench press and deadlift and then coach you to lift the most weight you are capable of.

5. COMPLETE CUSTOM TRAINING PROGRAMMING

  • Training exercises tailored to your desired body composition goals
  • Training selection based around your body’s strength and weaknesses
  • Training exercises based around your injuries

6. ALL NECESSARY TRAINING CHANGE

  • Based on your fortnightly detailed questionnaire check in form of, your training is adjusted accordingly to how you are feeling with certain exercises, we cater to giving you alternatives given you are struggling with given exercises

7. ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

  • Each week you will work one-on-one with your coach online via zoom, following your program and constantly re-evaluating your progress. if needed, we will make changes to speed up results and help you further.

8. SUPPLEMENTS

Combining your training plan and nutrition plan with relevant supplements can help create a better body enhancing here to stay body composition gains. Here at Strive we sell a select few ranges of supplements that we have found to consistently improve within ourselves and our clients using our ways of training and dieting. For those who want a little more attention. Our one-on-one coaching sessions are for you if you want to refine and develop your lifting technique and get personalised feedback each week. It’s also great for those that are brand new to lifting or returning from a long break who need to work on the fundamentals. Currently we have a waitlist for new personal training members, so please email us to be added to this.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION–AT A PARK OR YOUR FRIEND’S PLACE – LOCATION OF YOUR CHOOSING

(2-5 per appointment – this can be you and your friends splitting the costs)

This is for anyone who wants to incorporate strength training into their week. It’s the first step to getting the body you’ve always wanted! Our semiprivate sessions have 2-5 people per appointment and are each individually programmed based on your own goals, experience level, strengths and weaknesses.

  • Train with a maximum of 5 other people (it’s like PT without the price tag!)
  • Work out in a beautiful environment for you and your friends
  • Get specialised feedback on technique and make friends at the same time, given you join in a group
  • Increase strength, build muscle and learn proper lifting techniques
