Here at STRIVE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING, we do the brainwork for you. We will provide diet plans based on your food preferences but also considering the nutritional value to obtain the best and most effective results. The diet is completely built around you, so it fits your daily routine. The training plan that you will be given will be informative and assist you in understanding the physiology and different exercises. We also offer one on one personal training session where I can teach clients how to train effectively. After the initial consult, each client will have an account set up to access their training and diet plan.

WHAT IS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Strength and conditioning are a form of exercise, which emphasizes on building the strength, size and endurance of the skeletal muscles. To undergo strength and conditioning training, one has to use resistance for a muscular contraction to achieve the desired results. While there are several different methods of doing these exercises, the most common of these is the use of elastic or hydraulic forces, to counter oppose contraction of the muscles.

Do I Need to Take Dietary Supplements?
You do not need dietary supplements unless they have a documented vitamin deficiency or a specific program to achieve certain targets. Your training will advise during your assessment
Why Are My Muscles Sore After a Workout?
Soreness results from high force production when an exercise is new or a load is greater than normal. Furthermore, eccentric muscle contractions (in which the muscle lengthens, as when lowering a weight) cause more soreness in the days following the workout than either isometric contractions (in which the muscle does not change length, as when holding a weight) or concentric contractions (in which the muscle shortens, as when lifting a weight).
